I learned how to stay calm under pressure. But I also learned the quiet weight that comes with being the one others rely on. The gratitude for opportunity mixed with the unspoken question: Who is holding me?

That question changed everything.

Today, my work centers on helping women lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction without losing themselves. I draw from more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, my grounding as an educator, and my faith as an anchor.
